I build software for healthcare in Japan — the kind that has to keep working whether or not anyone finds it exciting. I write in English on dev.to and in Japanese on Zenn and note, mostly about AI tools as they actually behave, not as they are advertised. My open-source work is on GitHub: small tools built to solve problems I had. As Gen.Y.Sakai, I release music on GYSAKAI RECORDS — I write the words; Suno makes the sound. This site is just the hub. Everything real lives where it was published.
